They responded to e-mail queries quickly and efficiently and even managed to sort out another institution to run the course through, when one let me down. I cant thank them enough. Then on the course itself Tony was a star. The course is intense and a lot of information was new to me, but Tony kept it light, friendly, entertaining and most importantly managed to direct the information into my head (somehow). Absolutely excellent.
