After a few issues with the download, which i am sure was my fault I made contact with Tom Miller at Lizengo who very quickly resolved the situation, I am pleased to say all is now installed and working as it should.

"INSTALLING WINDOWS 10"
I purchased Windows 10 from Lizengo to install on a laptop running Windows 7. Downloading was problematic due to the sheer size of Windows 10 - my DVD RW stock could not hold it! Lizengo helped me to use a memory stick instead but I could not install from it. I sourced higher capacity DVDs and downloaded. Installation became a nightmare, but after every attempt, Wesley was able to offer guidance: his patience is amazing! To cut to the chase, successful installation was only achieved once I had deleted the partitions from the hard drive, isolated the laptop from the router and removed the mouse in favour of the touch pad. However, the greatest obstacle was in the latter stages when Cortana attempted to seduce me into authorising a variety of access routes for MS to track my whereabouts, monitor my keyboard habits and profile my software usage: all things that are much better carried out in slow time once up and running. Apart from the Cortana bit, all my activity was steered by Wesley: options I would never have dreamed of. Thank you Wesley and Lizengo. I'll be using you again - so watch out!

It was a little more expensive than some other web sites, but unlike the others my activation key simply worked and didn't waste half a day of my time. (Some other web sites resell the same key to multiple customers).
After purchase you get emails for the receipt, download instructions (or go direct to Microsoft) and a few (10?) minutes later the activation key.

"Good and helpful service"
I had inadvertently ordered some software which I didn't need, which was spotted when I sent a screen print which verified this: so Lizengo were completely open about this, and I experienced no problem in getting a refund. With some companies this is impossible, and I was hounded for years by a website company, attempting to make me sign up to platform which was clearly not in my interest at all. So how refreshing to deal with a company that made no attempt to baulk me!

I purchased Windows 10 from this company and I am delighted with the results. Being an 85 years old guy who is not the most brilliant computer buff, I called in a friend who is very computer literate and the job was done in no time at all. and is working perfectly.
The whole thing was done by email and I found Tom Miller to be most helpful and patient with me.
I would encourage anybody who is worried by negative reviews to ignore them and make your purchase, you will not regret it.

I downloaded from Lizengo Outlook 2016 which I had to return due to lack of font control in either the folders pane or the ribbons. It is impossible to fault the courtesy, efficiency and consideration given by Lizengo. Mt refund was sent within minutes of their receiving the cancellation document. This is a first-class company.

I had difficulty installing it (my pc would not accept it)
I informed them, requested a cancellation, they sent me
emailed PDF form I filled it in, sent back.
within 5 mins message from PayPal my money retuned.
Any computer programs I need from now on will come from them.
