I also purchased Windows 7, product key didn't arrive, but as the info said I was able to install the system without the key. I emailed customer service and received an immediate reply followed next day by the product key which Wesley assured me had already been sent, this was followed by an email to check that I had received this copy annd was everything working ok and to ring them if I needed any more help. I was also sent the software for office 2010, no charge.
My opinion, wonderful customer service. Thank you all at Lizengo.

"Good helpdesk support, but website confusing."
I bought Outlook 2019 from the website, and downloaded it. I then received an email with an activation code.The email also had a loink to download Outlook 2019, which (I thought) I didn't need. The activation code failed. I sent a message to Lizengo, and received good support from Wesley, who told me I should not have downloaded from the website, but waited for the link in the email.
In the end everything works, and the support was efficient and helpful. However, the website could be clearer on the download procedure: it appears to invite a direct download from the site, when it should say to wait for the email.

"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company. Bought Windows 7 Professional which was supposed to include a key. Received Windows 7 Professional as an ISO and was informed that key 'usually arrives within 24 hrs' but after 5 days nothing has appeared. Tried ringing number stated, no pickup or ability to leave message. Sent email, no response. ISO downloaded has not been tried yet and I have no faith in it to be honest. Without an activation key it's useless anyway.
