I have been with CTM from the beginning on BETA , and appreciate what is does for Realtors. I remember how most people were negative at the beginning but I could see the opportunity.
I wish I understood what happened here, but as I said, as long as it does not affect my transaction I can live with it. Thanks again.

Red was awesome. His follow up was second to none. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is the fact that the MRI software bogs down late at night. I have checked on my end with our computer company and since no other computer software slows down on my computer, I can only assume that it is MRI related. The slow down is so severe that the wait becomes frustrating especially when there is no MRI support available. Red did the best he could but without the ability to investigate when the problem is happening, Red was limited in what he could do since I could not recreate the problem during the day.
