Very happy with the door and installation. Very prompt workers and worked at an appropriate speed. Love your door colour and glass we chose. I would have given 5 stars but my only bug bear was the constant telephone calls regarding our decision to go through with a purchase and calling about giving a review. As we appreciate that this is important to you, our lives are busy and often we dont get time to do things immediately.

Excellent sales and glad to have an interest free finance repayment plan for the first year. Which was the main reason that we went ahead. Excellent work and timely. The windows are fantastic and have reduced the noise significantly in our bed rooms and also the condensation has reduced. Would love a conservatory next.

Stay away from this company. They sell you a dream pester you with sales calls. Once they’ve got your money they couldn’t care less. They took my money and put the finance through before they even finished my conservatory. 5 months later after numerous emails they don’t care that they have finished it and I’m still waiting for a Waterbutt and guttering! Their customer service is a disgrace don’t use them unless you want an incomplete job and to be ripped off!

"Ten year guarantee"
Ten year guarantee maybe, but to get a response is unbelievable, you fill out the online form and you can guarantee they will not reply.
I had a problem with my front door and a chap who had come to fit a replacement window told me it was a common problem, the expansion and contraction will crack the panels at the weakest point.
I managed to get an email address and sent them photos of the door and got an response without any inspection.
It said it’s not covered as it is due to impact damage.
I emailed again asking what they meant and she said deliberate or accidental damage, but I could buy a new one.
There has never been any impact and they is no damage to the door, there are identical small cracks on either side of the door.
After my guarantee expired in December 2019, they soon contacted me asked if I wanted any new products, so I said not after all the problems I had with the door. After explaining why, he said, we had had a problems in the department at the time and was very sorry, and showed no interest in the problem with the door within the guarantee.
Then he said we can come around and buy your door back and quote you for a new one.
To sum up the after service is truly appalling, please think carefully on purchasing such an expensive product if you want peace of mind.
I’ve read your reply and that is the response I expected, I can’t comment on previous issues as it is more than one year and I can’t comment on other that issues that happened more than a year ago ,
however look in your records and I believe you did repair the door before.
If the door was damaged with such force, there would be some dents etc, but no there are cracks in the door, you can see examples on u tube. I will see if I can post a photo.

On trust pilot, the information has to be correct, so I am just informing you, I had asked about my door in March 2019 and not in November 2019 as you stated, I have found the email among the other ones I have sent, I can send you it, if you want.
As explained earlier, this is not the only problem I have had, but most of them happened over one year ago and I am not allowed to comment about this.
Unfortunately for me I did not know about Trust Pilot before.
As you are aware you have been provided with information which Highlights the fact that the door was reported to you in 2019 in March and not in November 2019.
It just highlights the customer service issues and difficulties of trying to contact you and how difficult it is for you to honour the guarantee.

Disgusted with their service isn’t a strong enough word, they promise a ten year guarantee! Well don’t be fooled by this misleading sales pitch.
5 windows in my house have had the handles either literally break off or are hanging on and this cannot be down to me and my wife just opening and closing the windows over the past 16 months.
In one of the bedrooms the seal must have gone as there is a big draft coming through and when there is a slight gust of wind there is a horrible howling sound.
Now when I emailed to ask for an engineer to come and fix the issues there response was you’re not covered and all these issues are down to general wear and tear! And I would have to pay a call out charge and for any replacement parts.
You cannot speak to the service department only email so after several attempts to speak to someone I have not had any luck still and all I get in replies to email is that I have to pay a callout before they will send anyone out.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… PLEASE TRUST ME!
