I reached out to Travel Visa Pro through a referral from a friend and was not disappointed. I was sooo thrilled with the entire experience. Reached out in December to get a new passport and it was done in about a week and a half. I was able to book my flights for February/March in no time. The process was straightforward and very easy. The two people I spoke with were so professional and friendly. They responded to my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and work with them again

The Agent I first talked to in your Portland office (Helen?) was excellent. The agent in your SF office was challenging & the interaction with him was difficult as he questioned several of my responses in the Chinese Embassy questionnaire (9 pages!!!): "why was a born in India? (my father was stationed there) & asked me to explain some of my responses: for example... why did I go to Kenya in 2023 (Teaching) & what is the American Thoracic Society although I described it as a "Professional Society of Lung Doctors" "Thoracic" = Lungs. He described the ATS as a potentially dangerous organization. Fortunately I caught that (very incorrect) statement & had him redo page 9. All of these exchanges took valuable time & could have been resolved by a phone call. Instead I was required to HANDWRITE answers & send them to him. I think he was just trying to be complete but his questions suggested that he isn't very familiar with Doctors who travel internationally to teach. Several of my colleagues are going to the same meeting in China as I am & none have had any problems with getting their visa. My Passport just returned with visa so thank you!

I used Travel Visa Pro to apply for a Chinese visa after being frustrated and confused by all the misinformation on the internet, even from official sources. Everyone I talked to at Travel Visa Pro was well informed and super helpful from beginning to end. And I was kept updated throughout the entire process. The visa arrived well within the requested time period, in fact, much earlier than expected. Price was a bit high, but you get what you pay for with them.
