Just felt like our congierge rep was not paying enough attention. Overall, good service with quick turnaround time.

Hidden fees even after having a salesperson assure that everything was included. When my visa had been approved got a call from TVP telling me that i had to pay more money. Either I paid it or they would keep my passport until I paid the remaining balance. Also received the information in a threatening tone.
