"I couldn't recommend James enough for new or experienced players."

I first came to James at the start of 2022 for a package of Trackman lessons, I couldn't recommend James enough if you are new or experienced in the game of golf. since then I've had numerous lessons and custom fittings. I was very new to golf only starting a few months prior. After the first 2 lessons my golf improved drastically, working simply on the basics of the golf swing from my grip to posture. Gaining distance and accuracy throughout my bag, and more importantly having a much better understanding of the game of golf. After 5 lessons with James throughout a year and a half I dropped my Handicap down to single digits.
I later went for 2 custom fittings (Irons and Driver), we went through numerous clubs and shaft combinations using the latest technology to find my perfect clubs. The experience was great, I could see the difference straight away through the use of Trackman, seeing the improvements from my old clubs. James is very honest and will not push you to buy anything not worth to you, as he did with my driver. After going for a driver fitting he encouraged me to work on my golf swing instead of purchasing a new driver as i would see greater improvements that way.

I have known James for many years and he is an excellent Professional. Recently I have been receiving Trackman lessons where great videos during the lesson have made it so much easier for me to understand how James analyses my swing, highlight the faults (many!) and then demonstrates the changes I need to make to improve my golf.
Aside from lessons I have also bought my golf clubs and other equipment from James. His knowledge is excellent and the club fitting service he provides has helped me choose clubs to get the most from my game.
I thoroughly recommend the golf services james offers.

Haven't had a lesson for a while due to work commitments and family issues and to be honest the golf courses haven't been accessible due to the poor weather as well. However, my son informs me the pro shop is well worth a visit and he's had some bargains recently. Now he normally buys everything online so that's got to be a big plus for James and the team.

"Great Instructor Who's Improving My Game"

I've been playing golf for over thirty years, and decided to sort out the deficiencies in my game once and for all or quit altogether. Booked a series of 30 minute Trackman lessons with James, who proceeded to strip my swing down to the basics and address the main issues. James is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and clear in his instruction. And he convinced me that there was enough in my game to keep going. Would definitely recommend.

I haven't played golf since 2010 so decided to book a package of trackman lessons with James who I have known for 20 odd years. My only regret is not having done it when I was still playing golf. James is great at what he does - professional and makes you feel at ease during the lesson. He has given me some practise drills and things to concentrate on which have made a massive difference to my swing. The Trackman video overview has been a godsend to refer to and see where I am going wrong. I will be continuing lessons with James as it is fundamentally the best thing that I have ever done for my game.

James has helped reduce my handicap this summer. His knowledge and the way he explains my flaws are second to none.

I had a new set of clubs after a fitting with James last winter and with his help, I am now down to 17 handicap.

My most valuable experience was the on-course lesson where he totally changed the way I think about the way I approach a hole. Recommend this to anyone who wants to improve.

I have been having lessons with James for a few years now - subject to my other interests.
Thanks to his knowledge and advice I became a single figure handicap golfer.
He can pinpoint the faults creeping back into my swing in an instant and, thanks to him, I am regularly receiving comments about how good my swing is.
In addition, the price of his lessons are very reasonable.
If you want to become a good golfer think about having regular lessons and getting fitted for suitable clubs and shafts.

James takes time to understand your golfing issues and observes closely before offering fixes and solutions. Video coaching clips are great for revisiting to ensure you're still on track.
