I have been a member of the useneeds panel for a number of years now. I find surveys interesting and varied and suitable for ever she group. Surveys are easy to follow vary in lengthy of time needed to complete . Overall a pleasing experience.

"Small changes needed"

Needs more thought given to some questions. For example there have been times when I said I didn't do or buy something and was still obliged to answer questions about it before I could proceed. Those answers could not be accurate. Apart from that happy enough

"Easy treats"

Very frequent emails with links to surveys, great customer service if there are issues with a survey. Very easy to build up points from the comfort of your couch or on the go!

Plenty of surveys, most interesting to complete. All are optional so no pressure. If I'm busy then no problem.
