Our holiday to Thailand was incredible. I worked with Emily initially to book a 3 centre trip, and she worked tirelessly to amend and tweak the trip to meet our requirements, and all within an agreed budget. Mark then took over with the payment plan and was very quick to respond to all queries. The hotels and transfers were perfect, with timings planned to ensure we never had to wait for our room at check-in, and the hotels we stayed in were all amazing.
