We dealt with Angela she was very helpful from the start of our experience. The staff were very friendly and polite. They even kept in contact whilst we were on our break to insure everything was going to plan.
Will definitely use this organisation in the future.

The holiday we have booked is a really good deal and we are very much looking forward to it. Our big shout out goes to Jordan who we spoke with over the phone when we rang to book. 10/10 for customer service! He had the patience of a saint dealing with 2 oldies with very little computer experience!! He talked us through the whole process and sent us all the travel details, flights, hotels and transfers that were all incuded in the price. We no longer feel anxious about have we done the right thing?! Jordan you're a star!

I have not started my holiday yet but left this review as I had a complete meltdown when I could not get into the flight pawtal to book seats and poor Natasha and Jordan stepped in and sorted it all out even going in past their hours of work im sure, they rang me and kept me up to date and even logged in on my behalf to explain the process to me as they both understood how stressed I was getting. They both went above and beyond in order to give me piece of mind and calm me down. I thank you both so much for your professionalism and help.
