I needed a paper statement for tax purposes and requested same as I don't have a printer. Was told that as an internet bank they don't issue paper statements. Fair enough but as this was a one off I thought they would oblige. Not very helpful!

Joined fixed rate isa. Gave them my nominated account. Sent my first deposit & downloaded the app. Got an email saying my deposit was from a different account other than my nominated account. It wasn't. They wrote back with an example. Totally different account to mine. I contested this & they then said it was an error at their end. They had typed in a 'wrong digit', but the whole account number was wrong.
Alarm bells started ringing & I closed down the account.
Sticking to well known banks & societies in the future.
