Absolute joke of a company, arranged an appointment for price on full house and fitting. Had to miss appointment due to my 3 yr old granddaughter falling in school and breaking her arm , now wont rearrange appointment as i missed their sales consultant, i explained what happened but , apparently i should of left my granddaughter in agony just to wait for my blind appointment. DEFINITELY NOT

"Worst customer service ever experienced"
We were told blinds were made in Wales by a carpenter and would be fitted within 8 weeks. The blinds were actually made in China and were fitted 6 months later. The company never called to explain, we always had to chase them for answers despite having paid a substantial deposit. They denied any wrong doing and never apologised. Customer service is frankly non-existent, or when you do manage to talk to someone they are incredibly rude and at times even intimidating. We were told blinds would be fitted early January but no one showed. We were called an hour after the expected time - apparently covid restrictions meant they could not fit blinds but after speaking with citizens advice we were told this was not the case. We have filed a complaint with citizens advice and trading standards. We are shocked and appalled by the whole experience. Just wish we read more reviews as we would never have chosen them.

8/9 - Blinds fitted. Reported blinds not fitted properly, disconnected during phone call
11/9 - Told them I had been overcharge
14/9 - Still no credit, reported left blind not working, they filled in service call
15/9 - told me their fitter left organisation and I would get a date by end of the day Friday
18/9 - was offered an appointment I couldn't accept, tried ringing office and mobile number that gave me the appointment. Messaged them several times
7/10 - offered another date between 11am-1pm which as I work 20miles from home is not possible to accept. I suggested 14/10 and advised that as I worked for the NHS I was now working fulltime back in the office and would available at weekends or after 5pm.
Told they couldn't do 14/10 it would have to be the week after if I wanted after 5pm.
5/11 - Asked for a full refund and removal of blinds
6/11 - they refused to refund and gave all sorts of excuses as to why they had not contacted me. Asked to speak to the business owner (Mr Lloyd) - they said he was away from the business having an operation. Asked them to make Mr Lloyd aware of my complaint. Advised that Factory Manager would speak to fitters and request after 5pm fitting.
9/11 - They offered a 7am appointment. Couldn't accept as leave for work soon after.
22/11 - Told them right hand blind is now not working & sent more images and video. Told I have been removed from the follow up folder and given excuses why and advised fitter would be requested to do an after 5pm call.
27/11 - message from fitter (07713 123822) address to Mrs not "Miss" say "your new blinds will be fitted Thu 3 Dec between 10am & 1pm". Messaged the number back advising this is not what had been agreed. Return message told me to ring the office and said he would cancel the appointment. I forwarded these messages from my phone to Messenger so that there was a trail of communication. Message from office with more excuses "Office Manger looking into it".
30/11 - received telephone call to confirm appointment on 3 Dec and again insulted me by addressing me as Mrs instead of "Miss". Was told I could not have an after 5pm appointment.
I have images and videos of the faulty goods and copies of all the written correspondence between Trade Price Blinds and myself. I am so fed up with this now I just want my money back and the blinds gone.
I have now contacted Trading Standards to resolve this problems.

Make an agreement on cost, booking and then books a second appointment to then give it to someone else!
I’m now taking legal action so do not go. They block you and walk away! It’s a joke

Was told they would take 4-6 weeks, its now 13 weeks and still no blinds.had nothing but lies and contradictions as where our blinds were and why they were taking so long.they come up with every excuse under the sun including covid but if you dig a little deeper this the MO.Stay away you have been warned
