"Making a first order with a new company…"

Making a first order with a new company can be nerve-wracking, especially when working to a deadline. To my relief everything went very smoothly and one part of the order arrived even earlier than promised. The standard of both the mugs and the bookmarks was excellent and I shall continue to use WTTB.
One small 'complaint', on both parts of the order a discount was applied during checkout but did not appear on the final cost. Please don't offer discounts if you do not intend to honour them. Even without the discount the cost was very competitive.
Follow up :-
Having contacted them as they suggested below I have received my discount. The problem it appears is that they do not normally give discounts on 'bespoke' orders. My order was classed as bespoke because I wanted a different number of items to those available from the dropdown list on the website.
I am very grateful for the discount but would have liked the conditions to be clearer, rather than just saying 'receive 20% off your first order' and then not doing it.

It was delivered to a neighbour time rather than sending back which they did last time.

WTTB need to work with their couriers to improve the service.

The books were printed well and delivered in the time needed. as for the packaging, my 5 year old could do better, no padding, nothing, the books were moving all way here, marking covers, bending corners and just making them unusable. Other than that, WTTB always do a great job. Could have done better this time.

The product was fantastic, it arrived very quickly (and exactly when they promised it would arrive) the print was better than I could have imagined, and despite an issue on the website, once I got through to someone on the phone they were so helpful, and really wanted to make sure that I had the best customer experience. I will definitely be using them again in the future, and a special mention for Michelle who helped make it happen.
