We sent in some artwork for banners and got a message back saying that the production team had declined to print them as they would have been bad. A simple fix by us to the shape and size of the artwork got an approval and very fast turnaround.
The quality of the replacement vinyl, to be applied to the roller banner casing we already have, was brilliant. 100% and 5 stars.
