"This is the most awful company I have…"
This is the most awful company I have ever dealt with . Took my 12000 dollars and refused to give it back because of the pandemic would only do a credit . Now that we have planned a trip will not answer the phone or answer an email . They are a fraud . Sol the CEO will not return calls . We will not give up .Avoid this classless company at all costs . Shame on you Fly with Class what a joke that is !

"Just Don’t trust….. Fly With class !"
In January 2020 we paid Fly With Class US$10,996 for two first class tickets to fly in June on Etihad Sydney to London return. When Australia closed its borders in March, we emailed Fly With Class and received an automated reply to contact them one month before our scheduled flights. We did this and received no response. I contacted Etihad who were offering the credits to ticket holders.They would not help us because the tickets were booked through a travel agent. Throughout 2020, 2021 we have made numerous appeals to Fly With Class to assist us in rebooking the tickets. No Response. On the 4th of February 2022 we again emailed again appealing for assistance, this time we even requested that they tell us if they could help us or not, to avoid the frustration of receiving no communication. On the 3rd of June Joe Gross, the president of Fly With Class sent us an email stating.
“the good news is that we have got a waiver to reissue your tickets on Etihad, the only thing is they have stopped flying first class , so we can only rebook you in business class “ we sent Joe the possible dates we could travel. To date we have heard nothing. In my 40 years of travel, Fly with Class have been the most disappointing travel agent I have ever dealt with.
Our waiver runs out in January, at that time we have lost all the money we paid Fly with Class.

Excellent price on Business Class. Etihad changed flights and lay-over time, but Fly with Class sorted out the problem. I will use the service again.

"A Rogue Organisation To be Avoided"
We booked and paid 10k for flights to the UK before Covid lockdowns. We had to cancel due to lockdown. After lockdown we contacted Fly With Class to reschedule and it appears our money has been snaffled. Numerous phone calls and messages left and not even the courtesy of a call back.
I would advise extreme caution with this rogue organisation. This company is a very dishonest organisation and you should not risk your hard earned money with them.

Don’t use this company, they are fraud, we booked with them, they said the would honour our business class tickets A$13000, the now will not honour them. Zero stars.
What great news,,,,,, but oh no,,,,, after 4 emails and a phone call, no reply, now they have said they will honour the fares we are now looking at legal options, they don’t reply to emails or phone calls, they are a fraudulent business,

"No one to assist from Fly with Class"
I was stuck in the covid cancellation loop and finally was able to travel. The original tickets to Europe with Fly with Class were $6,000. When I was ready to book after the covid restrictions were lifted, I called and called for 3 months. Finally, Leah booked me to Europe with a $3,000 additional fee. Then, the flights were a mess and there was NO ONE at Fly with Class to assist. Avoid this group; they are unrelieable and overpriced compared to other ticket brokers.

"Impossible to get any service"
Dealt with Alexandra and Richard. Neither took any notice of my request for flights, Richard send emails saying I had not respopnded to him which was incorrect. Alexandra sent a quote but then never replied again. Neither Richard nor Alexandra were available by phone and never returned any calls.
This is an ametaur bunch of turkeys and I do not recommend anyone deal with them

"No class at all"
No class at all. I booked in 2019 return business class flights Brisbane to Paris. My agent was Kelly, very nice to deal with. When covid hit she said over 2 years in writing that they would honour the booking and rebook us on the same route and airline as soon as it was back up running. Kelly leaves I’m told to contact Sol no response to 7 phone calls and numerous emails. Don’t trust them.
