This is a scam site. Ordered a transmission for 2012 Chevy Impala. 2 Days later all telephones were disconnected. Never received an invoice. Person of contact was Adam. Paid 1,050. It is now November 5th. Received email yesterday apologizing saying they were in renovations. That hasn't a damn thing to do with the shipping of the transmission. It's a scam site. And they're putting up there own reviews to try to make themselves look good. I have contacted the police, and the better Business bureau

This Company has been railroading me concerning an engine I purchased on 11/28/2022. My contact person was Adam. I purchased an engine for my wives 2012 Ford Explored Limited for the amount of $2800. I was informed that it may take 7-14 business days for the engine to arrived at the ship to address. As today 10/18/2024 I have not received an engine nor a refund. I'm a 100% disable combat veteran on a strict income budget. I cannot afford to just give away that amount of money. It may be nothing to some but with my budget it makes a different. I've since purchased another vehicle which was not planned. I've been given excuse after excuse concerning this issue my last text was on 09/17/2024 @ 8:59am. Checking on the status of the engine or a refund, I've yet to receive a response. The last response I did received was on 06/24/2024 @ 12:13pm an it read "Delay, I will process it asap and send the motor". No motor as of 10/18/2024. This has been a reoccurring thing with this company. Currently I have a complaint with the State of Texas Attorney General Office. I am still waiting for further actions.

First of all, I am glad I got the A ranked 69,500 milage very nicely working in my Maxda MPV 2006 model. I started using after it was none operation vehicle sincev 2018. Now I am able to enjoy using my Mazda MPV 2006.

I was realy worried if this company is honest, because we all the internet scam people, very hard to be victim of this scum people.
But I got A-List Auto Parts locate at Houston, Texas, very interesting, honestly company not scum.
Thou I gave them my information and my credit card, until the Transaction reached at my hand they didn't take a single sent. Even now I am asking them to take the price from my credit card and to use the money. Wonderfully job.And more and more, honest and very help full workers as a good example Manager Adam.
Thank you A-List Auto Spare for helping us in getting what we need, and for hiring Manager Adam, very patient, responding ,very seriously fallowing everyone and everything until I received the Transaction, and until it's tested installing in my none operating my Mazda MPV 2006 for more than six years.

This is a really good company I believe. They really take pride in their work and in their job. Customer service is top-notch. The only reason they didn't get five stars is the transmission I had shipped to me one of the mounting brackets was cracked so they couldn't use it but there were three others so it's holding in there with three and it should be just fine otherwise they would have got five stars.

"I'm a little concerned "
I called several places about a transmission and this one came up on a pretty reputable site. Adam was the only person I talked to so far and I was told that id get a rebuilt transmission for $959.00 . I paid in full for the transmission. I was told within five to 7 days it would come to my mechanic's shop. Its been a couple of weeks and i was told it shipped. I've been asking for a tracking number since I paid. I was promised by Adam id get a tracking number once it was shipped. Anyway no tracking number no transmission. I'm getting worried. I don't know what to do. If i receive a rebuilt transmission as promised i will leave a good review. As of now I'm truly concern end

"WARNING B4UBUY" Adam is guy I delt with. $750 & 5 days I was told.... that my transmission would arrive at the trans shop. After almost a month of lies it arrives. Wrong trans wont fit my car. I have to buy another one localy $850 + $900 to install. I tell A list they have to ship it back, they dont. I want a refund but the bank wont untill I ship it back . Like I can just pick it up and drop it in the mailbox. when's the last time you picked up a transmission and throw it on your shoulders and drop it off at the post office. Now Im getting the run around and still no refund. I was going to except the fact they were late but the wrong transmission.I was really hoping that they were on the up & up but their not. Maybe I'll change my review when I get my refund. Whats upsetting is they dont answer the phone, he just leads me on with words. Very bad business practices. Watch yourselfs, go with your gut feelings or take our word for it.
