"Awful customer service for returns"
Awful customer service for returns. Returned several items and only ever refunded for one. Quality is awful too! Avoid at all costs.

I originally ordered a dress from them, received it, and it was pretty, but a bit too tight and knowing I would still be growing I returned it. I decided to opt for store credit with my return and order something else I had my eye on. I ordered the second item and it was also far too tight. Since I had sizing issues twice, and the clothes I wanted did not come in their "Plus Sizes" (which start at XL!), I decided this time I wanted my money refunded. Through many emails and phone calls back and forth they ultimately told me they could not refund my original card for the price, since I used a "gift card" (really store credit) to purchase. That the funds would have to be re-loaded on the gift card, which I physically don't have. They said they would resend the gift card, but at this point I really don't want to make another purchase from them as their sizing doesn't work for me. However, I guess I have no choice if I want the value of my money. Buyers beware, don't opt for gift card refund because if things don't work out you can never recover your money for any use other than their website! Choose refund to original payment method even though it takes longer to process!

"Terrible Customer Service"
I bought a pair of pants at 24 weeks pregnant and was super excited when they came in. They fit perfectly, are stylish, and are very comfortable. Unfortunately the hem at the top of the panel started to fray and come apart after having them for only a week (I had only worn them twice at this point). I reached out to customer service and they said they could not give me a refund, take the jeans back, or send a new pair. After a lot of trying they offered me 25% refund (a whole $7.63). When I asked for more they said I could send the jeans back, and that they would give me store credit, but would deduct an $8 dollar fee for shipping (they had already said they could not accept the jeans back so I don't know why they asked for them back at this point). We went back and forth many more times with me explaining that the product I received was clearly defective and my concerns being overlooked every time. It seemed like all the representative cared about was being right and keeping all the money they could (that may not have been the intention, but wow that's what it felt like!). Overall, their return policy focuses on keeping money they have made at the expense of their customers- pregnant women with ever changing bodies (please note that if you try something on and it doesn't fit or you don't like it, they won't take it back or refund it because it "has been worn"). Their customer service is set up only to try and MINIMALLY appease customers, not satisfy them or resolve problems. In the end I got nothing back and was left pants that are falling apart and I will have to repair on my own :)

"I placed an order for maternity clothes…"
I placed an order for maternity clothes on April 18.
I was tracking the shipment and it said delivered after 4 weeks, but was not delivered.
I reached out to the team and they apologized and said they would send it again soon. I agreed. Waited for another 4 weeks. The tracking info looked inaccurate and it said delivered againwith no ups/usps tracking info.
I told them I havent received it and at this point I want to be refunded.
They said they lost money twice and would inly offer 70% back. I told them I want 100% back as that is unethical and unprofessional. They agreed to 100% refund and stated I would receive it 7-10 days. I did not receive it, they apologized and said it was refunded but didnt go through that they would refund again. I didnot receive it again.
They have taken my money, not delivered my shipment and not refunded my money. Those maternity clothes will not be of any use very soon as I wouldve delivered my baby.
I dont know how to get my money back from them. 3 months since this has been going on and I still see their brand being advertised everywhere online

"Beautiful dresses but do not recommend for EU customers"
Beautiful dresses but do not recommend at all if buying from the European Union. Shipping costs were already a whopping 20€ and they don’t include taxes which is not mentioned as you’re finalising the purchase. Had to pay an additional 26€. If this wasn’t my baby shower dress I would’ve returned it for sure. This is just bad customer service and would never happen in the EU.

"Do not order from here"
Do not order from here. I placed an order when I saw a sale and they said it was delivered not once, but twice. Our building has cameras and it was not delivered on either occasion. I was only offered a 70% refund which is better than nothing but they don’t even let you know who the courier is to reach out. Unfortunately I didn’t see this site until after. Save yourself the time and money, do not order from here

"Scam"
They charged me $13 for shipping and return shipping when I needed to return one item that cost $40. The fit on the shorts I got were terrible - they just seemed like looser men's shorts and not anything maternity specific. Then just for the privilege of trying it on, I lost 1/3 of the cost I paid for it. What a scam!

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Avoid at all costs. Negative reviews on their website are probably deleted and also many of the review are fake, in my opinion. I ordered 10 items, all of them arrived with different brands. They just collect different Chinese clothes and promote them as maternity clothes. The quality is cheap and almost all clothes look like they were sewn in a sweatshop. Quality is simply disappointing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PinkBlush Maternity I ordered a lot of items from them while I was pregnant expecting it to arrive prior to baby girl coming. They sent me a tracking number saying the order was delivered however it never came to my address. I reached out to notify them and I kept getting an automated response back. They asked if I wanted to re-order or if I would accept a 60% refund. Couldn’t tell me who the courier was so I could try to reach out to them and I still have not gotten my refund. Really upset cause the clothes were cute asf.
