"Helpful customer service but took a few tries"
I had to make an exchange and it was a bit challenging at first and didn’t originally get good customer service, but then they were great with helping me and making sure I was a satisfied customer.

"Import Fees"
I ordered two bathing suits from the sore, shipping to Canada. In the checkout there was a little box that stated "International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient." Which is easy to miss. I missed it and ended up paying twice the shipping I had expected. Half to PinkBlush (24.06) and half to UPS (23.31). Had I been aware of the full cost of shipping I never would have placed the order. I was very disappointed to have learned this and will not be ordering from them again because of the ridiculous cost of shipping. Other stores based in the states, such as Motherhood Maternity do not have this issue. If you are from Canada, beware of the import fees. Their response time to my inquiries were very quick which was great.

"Poor Quality"
I bought a dress and a sweater dress from them. Both items seem to run small, which is alarming for a maternity company. The sweater dress fabric is very thin and not warm at all. Overall the quality is pretty poor.

"Beautiful dresses but material cheap quality"
I have just received my first order from Pink Blush Maternity. I am 5’3” (slim and petite) and ordered from the UK. I ordered on Sunday evening and my delivery arrived on Tuesday! Postage was around £30 though (the price increases the more you spend).
This is my first pregnancy and the first maternity brand shop I have purchased from. I bought 2 dresses on sale at around £38 each both size Small.
The first is a smoked-baby doll style which looks really cute on and is super flattering around my bust and bump. It is hard to find any feminine dresses suitable for a pregnancy bump in UK high street stores so I was chuffed about how this fit. The length fits me perfectly but this dress would run quite short on most women. The material is quite thin though it is double-lined at the bottom. It is more of a summer dress and I will need to wear a cardigan or vest underneath to wear this during the coming winter. Because the website seems to sells the same clothes all year round it is hard to tell if a dress is more suitable for summer or winter. There is nothing in the description and no way to filter clothes by season on the website.
The second dress has a scoop neck and pleated skirt at the front yet looks like a shift dress from the back. It fits perfectly around my bust and arms. The skirt ‘drowns’ me a bit at the moment with my small 17 week bump but will look great in 3rd trimester. It is very loose and comfy around my waist, hips and belly which is great. The material is a thick but I was still a bit disappointed as it looks like a smart dress from the photos but I would say it is more smart-casual from the quality. I will be taking 4” off the length to fit my petite legs so it fits like the model photo.
Generally I am happy with my purchase. The postage speed was incredible! I ordered from a UK maternity website on the same day and this package came at the same time. I would rather pay less though and wait 2-3 weeks! Because of the high postage price I would be put off ordering again because that brings the dress price up to £55 each inc delivery! Which I don’t think is worth it, which is a shame.
The quality of the dresses is cheaper than I expected and I probably wouldn’t have bought them had I seen them in a shop. This is a shame because the styles fit beautifully for my pregnant body and are much more flattering than anything I have seen on the high street in non-maternity wear.
It the quality were higher and postage cheaper I would order again in a heartbeat.

"My order was great"
My order was great. I got a pair of maternity jeans and a long robe. I haven’t gotten to try out the robe. I really like the jeans. My only complaint is the jeans seem to stretch out quick and fall down. I’m 20 weeks so maybe as I get bigger it will get better, hopefully.
