Contacted by email and after researching the company, I called their free phone and made an appointment. I was promised full survey, service of solar panels, wiring and assessment of battery+ a 5 yr guarantee. All for approximately £5000 & any unseen costs would be discussed before commitment and all work done before any payment was requested.

Every contact I have had from initial phone call, arranging survey appointment, service appointment to taking payment over phone has been polite, pleasant and very reassuring.

EMS has been trading 10 years and still going strong. Very different experience from 2 previous companies who went bankrupt before completing work & 5 callers who promised services and didn’t show up.

They also answered my queries in a friendly manner and were very positive throughout both to me and my 2 year old grandson who was very excited - took photo of top of flat roof for me and suggested how to alter drainpipe to protect flat roof. They were a happy trio who didn't curse, moan, smell or play music. A credit to EMS and workmen everywhere.

Been wary of calls re solar PV as most want to do a hard sell. EMS did what they promised; checked the system and made some recommendations for optimisation. We went with some and due to a cancellation had the work done the same day! No hard sell or inflated promises.

Cold call from this company telling me we needed a fire check on our solar panels and the company that had installed them had gone out of business- It has not
Also of course I needed to pre pay now for the check.
