"Well my opinion of Crafters Companion…"

Well my opinion of Crafters Companion is not at all high!! I have had problems with my Gemini machine and have not had one ounce of feedback or help!! I even commented on Sara Davies Facebook page and what a surprise the comment disappeared in a flash! All nice comments and nice reviews are shown on Facebook and shown proudly but when someone writes a bad review or got problems with the products the comments disappears!! I use to like Crafters Companion but they are not actually all that because they do not give a hoot about their customers! The Gemini machine is not all that either because no one has bothered to contact me to help me sort my machine so I've actually given up and I've gone out and purchased a better quality machine that actually cuts and embosses better!! In my opinion Crafters Companion do not care about their customers like they use to all they care about is the good reviews and don't give a damn about dealing with issues!! Will never part with my money to this company ever again...just a disgrace!!!

"Replacement Shims for Gemini"

Fed up over needing to replace the plastic shims on my large Gemini machine, yet again, I did some homework and decided to try Polycarbonate. Ordered 2 x 3mm x A4 Polycarbonate sheets from Simply Plastic and they work like a dream! Lot cheaper too! Still flip and rotate just to be safe, but hardly any warping after about 3 months. Use it approximately 2-3 times every other day.

"NO PRODUCT AND NO WAY TO FIND OUT WHY"

I wish I could review the cardstock I ordered but it is no where to be found. I place the ordered after/while watching the LIVE segment. I got a tracking number, but it is some GOD awful shipping company that NO ONE has ever heard of in the US. The parcel cannot be tracked using the feeble number that CC provided. I contacted customer service via email and was told, via email, here is your tracking number. PEOPLE...THAT NUMBER IS MEANINGLESS IN THE US. Not at anytime during the live show was it mentioned that the product was shipping from UK...not once!! If I had known I surely would not have ordered. Can they not, with all of the money they are raking in from the US, have a shipping location in this country??? BEWARE!! If my package is lost, and it appears it is, you will not be able to find out where or why. If you are going to ship to the USA, use a company that the citizens of the US can track. I am very soured on CC at this point. Don't believe me....go to DPD and use this (my) tracking number 15503232401276. USELESS!!!!!

"Easily resolved an issue"

Got an issue settled by crafters companion UK. I’m very grateful to Jasmine of the UK customer service. I also had a young lady , also named Jasmine, from the U.S. who tried to be helpful. Thank you both for all of your help!

"Fun company and products!"

I started purchasing on-line just three months ago after I bought my gemini from a shopping network. Overall, I have been very happy with Crafters Companion website shopping and the quality of items received. I have even ordered a few of the “mystery” bags because I feel confident that the value will be there. My only challenges have been that I can find no way to check on-line for order status/tracking info after I received my confirmation email. Only on my first order did I receive a shipping confirmation email. On my last order I had not received an email after 7 days so I sent an email to their customer service department. I received a response indicating they had been very busy and the order would go out that day. Once the order went out, the shipment arrived pretty quickly. Between the craft days on a shopping network, the facebook videos and the many fun on-line specials/bundles and sales they are obviously doing very well indeed. Hopefully, they will beef up CC warehouse/shipping facilities to keep up with their very successful marketing team.

"Like my Gemini junior but..."

Like my Gemini junior, but doesn't cut real well if paper is a little thick...magnetic plate is worthless...doesn't hold dies and wrinkles all up when use...but you have to use in order to cut...no eay of contacting customer service on website.

"I bought both the Gemini and the Foil…"

I bought both the Gemini and the Foil Press. I have to say that it has been very disappointing experience with your products. My first Gemini I have to return for replacement because from day one it didn't work. I received the second one, so far so good, but is very noisy and plates even I turned them every time they warp very quickly and badly! I would have to say that they bow more than warp in the course of 4 months. I know that plates do warp, but not to this extent. Your foam mat is very thin and I was only able to use it once to emboss and it wrinkled and almost torn. Sad to say but is not the best quality.

I bought the foil press in June but did not use use it until August. The results were awful. I followed to the t the directions. The platform warped and it broke in a corner when I put it through the Gemini. I tried to return it to HSN for a refund but it was too late. I contacted your company. They did send me a label and I got the foil press back.
Once again, I give it a try. I followed the instructions, I went to YouTube to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes. Because I have the Gimini instead of the Gemini Jr, I noticed that the extension plate moves a lot, even if I tape it. As I passed the platform through the machine, the extension plate moved so much that again it broke the corner. The other thing is working with other company's dies, the majority don't work, it has to be Crafter's companion die or the results are awful. I am so disappointed with the foil press. I bought it because big name bloggers recommended your machine better over others. I would it be better off with the other companies foil press that would not be so expensive.
Your products are expensive to have this much problems. I like the Gemini despite the performance with the plates and the rubber mat, but I was not impress with foil press. I would not recommend it to anyone.

"Watched a fb live in conjunction with…"

Watched a fb live in conjunction with The Works a free gift was on offer for the first 2000 , Sara kept saying how much stock was left yet loads of people have not yet received the free gift , even at the time of fb live ending Ms Davies was still stating blah blah amount was left . Of course you had to spend £30 to qualify , sucking people in once again

"Dangerous Metal Shim"

Got a Gemini for Christmas & due to ill health just using it now but managed to cut my hand on the metal shim. Dangerous considering lots of children probably craft.

"I bought myself a Gemini for my…"

I bought myself a Gemini for my birthday in December, did not open box til a month ago. Loved it while it was working. Today in the middle of my first diecutting in a week it turned itself off. I have tried turning it back on. Unplugged everything. Plugged it back in and tried turning it back on. I held the button down to turn it back on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and tried turning it back on again
Nothing works. Is there any suggestions, my die is halfway in, wasn't any extra shims or anything in it.
