"I love the products, but now I hate the company!"
I have a lot of CC product and have always been pleased with everything I have bought. So during the recent "Birthday Week" I finally ordered my long wished for Gemini Jr. I also ordered a full set of rocker blocks and a few other small items. The Gemini had added bonus of some dies, stamps and cutting plates.
I was so excited. I placed my order Oct. 23. And I waited every day for my Gemini. On Nov. 6 I finally got my box from CC. I tore it open, only to find my bonus gifts, and the blending tools I had ordered, but NO GEMINI AND NO ROCKER BLOCKS!
On the packing slip both of those items were checked off as though they had been packed with all of the other items.
I went straight to email and fired off a request to have my order tracked and for someone to please contact me.
RADIO SILENCE!!!!!! So I sent more emails to every email system I could find. I contacted them on social media, I tried to call the 1-800 number and got a recording.
At this point I am out $170.00 and see no way to resolve this.
If you really want CC product, order only through HSN. If you order directly from CC, there is zero customer support.
I love the products, but now I hate the company.

"I multiple items ordered on six…"
I ordered multiple items on six different days! I have paid for all of these products! 1. Shipped wrong item-they sent UPS out the next day to pick up the item. They gave me a tracking number for the correct replacement. 3 1/2 weeks later this tracking number says never left for UPS pick up! Email CC and they reply track it! I have 5 orders that haven’t shipped yet in over a month! I don’t get replies or they lie and say it is shipped when it isn’t! I feel like I’m not getting products I have paid for! The rare order that I received-ALL had paid purchases missing! I am making a formal consumer complaint at my State Attorney General office if nothing has arrived by Friday! This feels like a scam! When will I wake up and see they are closed, I don’t have products and they have my money!!

Doesnt reply to emails, doesnt answer the phone, items take weeks to get here and still missing one item. Not! impressed

"I ve just bought both gemini hot foil…"
I ve just bought both gemini hot foil press and gemini jr. They both worked fine over 7 days. Until today I never have more than 6 seconds on the foil press until I'm happy with the outcome. I lifted the top plate off and the card and the stamp had gone all the way through to the back off the card which I thought was unusual and when I looked at the card it was over foiled. I noticed the foiling platform had melted a bit and also had little holes in it. I am absolutely gutted because it had worked fine. Have I just wasted £300????

i bought the gemini a4 cutting machine in april and ive used it about 150 times and had to buy 3 sets of plates which are not cheap ...i used to have a cut n boss and sold it to buy this what a stupid thing to do .. when isee the demonstraters using this machine their plates dont look like mine after 10 times i know my combinations really needs to be sold as ot cost affective

"Wrong items"
The first time I ordered, the delivery was a little slow but it was during lockdown so fair enough, I got what I needed in the end. This is second order I've placed, the delivery was faster I think, but my entire delivery was wrong. On the invoice, it was correct, and things were 'X'ed, and I got delivered a random selection of Spectrum Noir markers. Spent a lot of money for reinkers and illustrator pens, 20 items in total, and got delivered 12 markers.

Very disappointed in the GO it literally ate the magnetic sheet....I have had it one month and have had to replace the magnetic sheet and the plastic shim(which was warped beyond my expecttions)....AND, I have had it with replacing ALL of the plates on the JR the quality control for these plates as far as I am concerned and millions of others is VERY POOR! When you have to search the entire USA to replace them you know that everyone else is having to do the same thing.....IT WAS A VERY POOR INVESTMENT FOR ME TO SAY THE LEAST!

"Fed up with replacing the plastic…"
Fed up with replacing the plastic plates. Followed the advice DILIGENTLY yet the plates still crack and break from very light use. Either the plates are faulty, the advice is faulty or both. I’ve reported it to Watchdog as CC seem to be little more than thieves taking money from people for faulty goods.
They seem to assume customers are stupid. I’m quite happy to video my crafting, following CC advice for plate preservation, just to prove how absolutely ineffectual their advice really is.

My gemini keeps stopping halfway thru.now it has stopped completely and will not restart.this is my second one in three years.anyone any ideas.

Blimey, what a lot of negative nellies. I can honestly say I have been very pleased with all purchases from cc. The products are good quality and the value in the mystery bags is incredible.
Yes delivery is a little slow, but we are in the middle of an epidemic.
Customer services are far more helpful than other companies, and I’m fortunate to have excellent courier drivers in my area
