The one thing I really liked about this company is that there was no "Hard Sell", I was given all the facts and prices and left to make my own decision. Any questions I had were answered immediately with genuine expertise and knowledge. Once I had made my mind up to proceed, the process was stress free and enjoyable. Fitting was done extremely quickly and with the utmost care and consideration taken for my property and belongings. The fitters were professional, well mannered, courteous, and extremely careful to ensure that the unit was placed exactly where I wanted it, was well fitted, and working perfectly before they left site. Dust sheets were laid throughout the house, and not a spec of dirt was brought through the house despite it being an extremely wet day outside. All in all I would highly recommend this company for, Price, Product, Skill, and Professionalism.

After doing a great deal of research on glass rooms we were lucky to come across Open Space Concepts. I spoke to Dave to explain exactly what we were looking for and he was able to help us choose the perfect product.

The Quote we got was extremely competitive but without any compromise on the quality.

The team were fantastic and very polite and friendly. They worked through the rainy whether which didn't seem to phase them at all. Jimmy was very helpful in resolving our electricity requirements for lighting and heating, which put us at ease. Most of all they had the expertise to get the job done professionally.

I would most definitely recommend Open Space concepts to anyone looking to install a glass veranda or the full glass room.

I had a great experience with this company. Dave B was brilliant right from the beginning. He advised me appropriately and certainly was not 'trying' to sell me anything. He was honest about the time required for the installation and kept me updated on the progress of my purchase periodically. It was not hassle when it came to the installation. He installed it with his colleague and took the same time that he said it would. Completion of the job was also up to a high standard.
I definitely would strongly recommend this company to any potential buyers out there.

Very easy to communicate with and had plenty of solutions for working around obstructions on our bungalow. We are delighted with our glass room and with the wall heaters are able to enjoy its usage now the weather has plummeted. Dave and the team were great to have around and left the place spotless. From the moment Dave & Kevin arrived to build our
veranda they were very professional from start to finish. They answered all questions we had. Very nice and friendly people.
Everything was packaged in boxes and to be honest when they had finished you would think no one had been. They cleared everything away. The veranda looks great and we like the fact we are able to add to it in time.
We would highly recommend open space concepts as they are very friendly & professional company..

From start to finish my experience with the company was very easy, Dave who I spoke to on the phone was so easy going, you didn't feel pressurised at all, the work was completed within a couple of hours and they left the place clean and tidy! The awning is great and looks lovely... only issue is the sun has gone in since it was installed, so really looking forward to next year to be able to use it! Thanks again I'm really pleased with it

The Sales team were polite from the start and provided us with information and advice immediately. After ordering the installation team were fantastic, accommodating us with installing it in a small time window (and removing the old awning at no extra cost) and were friendly and very professional, clearing taking pride in their work. Finally the Awning itself is lovely and we couldn't be happier. (the overall cost was also significantly cheaper than rival companies we contacted from our online search). I couldn't recommend this company any higher!
