Purchased a 19"smart TV with built in DVD on there web site, only to get a standard 18.5" . Emailed on the day of delivery and phoned 2 days (Monday) later due to delivery being late friday afternoon.
On my 3nd call of the day only to be told its not in stock and dont know when they will back stock so sent it back. Courier sent to collect, See how long it takes to get my refund. STILL advertised on on there web site and pick up available from store.

On 07 Dec I ordered a towbar with installation, with a delivery window of 11 - 18 Dec. The cost of £695 was taken from my Credit Card. I received a confirmation of the order. On 20 Dec, with no news, I phoned to ask what had happened to my order and was told that the item was not available and would i like to pay hundreds more for another brand. Also that an email had been sent, but never received (even in spam). I asked for a refund and received an email stating that "Order TS100423 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded." I spent the weekend wondering if this Co was procrastinating or unwilling to return my money.
I am releived to say that I have now received the refund, but still annoyed that this substantial sum was taken for an item that the seller did not have and could now obtain.
