Absolutely amazing products on the site including the best customer service ever. So quick with responding to emails and queries i had. I ordered a few personalised mugs for my family to which they were all over the moon about. Would definitely be shopping from here for other occasions, the option of clearpay is available as well which was really helpful. Thank you to the brilliant team for their on top customer service and beautiful products!

Absolute clowns! Ordered a Mother’s Day book to ‘mummy’ from my four children. This lot have sent it to mum from mummy! Does anyone proofread at this company? They’re not selling cheap gifts, things like this shouldn’t happen. Avoid.

EDIT: Unprofessional reply written by what appears to be a 12 year old fully backs up my original review. Avoid this lot at all costs, plenty of reputable firms out there to use instead, I’ve learned from that mistake!

SECOND EDIT: In fairness, they have now refunded me in full. Whilst my experience wasn’t great, I will give them credit for resolving this.
