Absolutely amazing company. Went the extra mile when the Royal Mail delivered incorrectly somewhere else (all tracked) - and although not their fault, they sent same item out to me again knowing it was likely I’d receive two and despite that, told me to keep both. Both arrived. I ordered this week a lovely novelty item personalised and wad amazed at how well the workmanship was and the engraving, it arrived within a couple of days. I couldnt recommend This company enough if I tried. Excellent customer service, good quality products, fairly priced:
