"Online ordering..."

Online ordering was easy.
Pickup and build was ok.
Pickup guy at store was rude. When asked if I could return if damaged, because box looked as if it was previously opened and obviously retaped, he said it was not retaped. BLIND! Yes it was. Someone opened box probably to check color. And retaped the box. It was not as well packed as other 2 boxes.
Quality of sofa is as expected for $400 sectional sofa from China. I need to get more screws to reinforce the backs up highr than just at seat area.

I ordered 6 chairs and they very nice especially for the price and the delivery was very fast. I was a little surprised at how narrow the seat of the chairs were, but it's not a orovlem

"Horrible Customer Service Misrepresentation of products in Orange County Store...."

Unprofessional misrepresentation of their products, careless!!! These people do not care about their customers and satisfaction is not guaranteed. Number one priority to trick the customer and sale a product and later if customer finds out its not what they ordered - they will still get their 10% 15% 30% for refusing or canceling the product. No matter if it's their fault or not!! All this refer to Orange County Location. These people are money hungry they do not care to build relationship with their customers!!! I would not recommend doing business with this type of customer care they provide. Horrible experience. Spent it $3700 got charged 15% for their mistake. And they still made money!!!

Wyckes Furniture - You should not deny the purchase I made and state that my name is not found and I didn't purchase the merchandise. If you need more info on my name or phone number, leave a phone number or contact and I will gladly contact you and provide you with my First and Last name!!! And if you need statement I will provide that as well. Once again unprofessional staff and service!!! Instead find the unhappy client, clarify the problem and solve it!!!

**I truly understand the policies any business abides, and signature that customer acknowledges, however, any business has "Exception!!" When one of your sales representatives misrepresents the merchandise to the customer and makes a sale by providing false information on product. I drove to Orange County, applied for your store card left happy later less than 48 hours found out that i have been lied tricked, and later when contacted your store - I was treated very rude and that made me upset. No one apologized nor tried to fix the problem! I spent it $3700 in your store and for your sales reps mistake I have to pay $480 because I don't want the wrong order your sales rep placed?!! Where is your customer satisfaction?!!!! None!!!
It's just simple you had no right to charge me because it was mistake of your employee.
If you really cared about your customers you would act more professionally - by contacting me!!!Very unhappy with you!!!

I was initially hesitant about ordering a dining table online without checking it in the store (they didn't have it in the showroom). Online reviews at other stores where filled with horror stories about damages and delivery problems. I encountered none of it. After 4 days of placing my order (2 business days) someone contacted me to schedule the home delivery for the next day. They showed up 2 minutes earlier than the time window provided. In and out, the packages delivered where in perfect conditions and so was the table and the glass top. The table looks exactly as pictured in their website. What else can you ask for?
