"I ordered two end tables"

I ordered two end tables, & the ONLY thing that happened was my card being charged the $. DON'T order from these scammers! The phone # I tracked down was "conveniently" out-of-service. So now, I'm out hundreds of dollars that I worked hard for!!

Suspicious activity on my credit card after giving my card information to this company In California --- which has been a common complaint of other people who have used this company to buy furniture --- as documented at the Better Business Bureau (BBC). I think the business is just owned by one person and perhaps he is using or selling our card information. I had to close my credit card down because of unauthorized use of my card on the West Coast and I live on the East Coast. Buyer Beware! My furniture did arrive from them, albeit late. The Wyckes site needs to be closed down to prevent further fraud scenarios from happening to well-meaning buyers.

Sent me broken items and they are not replying to any of my emails.

"No order shipped, no response to emails"

Placed an online order 01/18/21 - never received any tracking information, at first when I emailed them they said it would be another week or 2, its been months, they stopped responding to my emails. Total scam company with no respect for their customers.

This is the worst company to order from. With Shipping delays, lack of communication to extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. Ordered piece of furniture over 3 weeks ago. No reply from anyone after trying to cancel and to process a refund.

They were quick to respond regarding the status of the order but after i wanted a refund, no reply whatsoever. They will take your money and run. Please go see the reviews on other websites...horrible!!!!!

They sent a heavily damaged desk and would not send the replacement parts they had promised.

No one answers the phone or emails.

When I disputed the charge through my credit card company, Wyckes said I had not notified them within a 3-day period and therefore I still owed them the money. BUYER BEWARE!!

Scam scam scam. Order a cedar chest in January 2021. Delivery 5-10 days guaranteed. Still not received and it is March. They will not reply to emails or answer calls. Don't buy from them

"DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

Placed an order with them and was told that it will be shipped within 3 to 10 days. However it took a whole month to get it shipped and delivered. Customer services were so rude, didnt replied my emails back at all. There is no contact number. You can only contact them through email and most of the time they will ignore your emails when you asked about your order. Not worth it. Buy from somewhere else. I will not recommend this to anymore. My first and last time.

Don’t waste your time or money with this company. After placing an order over two months ago that was never shipped, they will not answer the phone or respond to emails. I had to file a complaint with my credit card.

I placed an order for an end table on November 2, 2020 and still have not received it or an email with tracking. 2/25/21. I have emailed them numerous times and found a phone number online today.
