I am very afraid I have fallen into the trap as everyone else, it has been 13 days since my order, that was supposed to be 5- 8. I can only pray i still receive my order, but after reading all these reviews, I doubt it, out the money, but really worried about the card used, it was my husband's, and I talked him into using it to get himself a small table for his chair to watch TV,,now I may have to face all that too! I suggest no one buy from this company!!!

Has been over two months since I placed an order. No response to emails, no order follow-up. Seriously so bad it feels like a scam.

I ordered my item Dec. 1, 2020 and it is now mid-January, 2021. I have never received my item. I got one email from them, but only because I asked where my item was. Here was their excuse (on Dec. 14, 2020): "We are sorry for the delay. We were briefly closed. We have reopened and are running short staffed. We are shipping all orders ASAP in the ordered received. If you do not want to wait, let us know, we can cancel." I sent a cancellation and credit refund request (via email) on Dec. 28, 2020, and have not received a response back. I seem to have suffered the fate of so many others, who were scammed by this company. DO NOT do business with this company!

I'm La'Shawn..... I stay in Charleston Sc. I ordered from this company on 9/19/2020 order id122255(web) two desk chairs and still have not received the items. Every time I call the store it rings, then go to voicemail. I've sent numerous email and no one has contacted my back. I really would like a refund or the items I purchased. This is ridiculous.!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this store anymore, we ordered 2 sets of dining table chairs about 3 months ago, never receive the product, no customer service, just automatic answer email. Call store just answer machine. No where to contact. Bad..bad..bad

Zero stars! Credit card charged immediately for my order. Cancelled order b/c it was taking waaaay too long......never received my money back. They will not respond to my emails. Reporting to BBB and credit card company! Horrible company! Stay away from them!

I wanted to also add my displeasure with this scam. Mid September I ordered dining chairs at a price that was lower than any other site. As with the others they charged my credit card immediately and sent an invoice. Seemed legit. After 2 weeks and no update of order processing and shipment notification, I emailed and received the “been closed, and short staffed” message. After another 3 weeks emailed twice with no response. Third response was a refund and cancellation request with no response and after two days a dispute charge with my credit card company. I noticed a credit was applied so I’m happy ultimately and will look elsewhere. I also had fraudulent charges on my credit card but did not connect the two until reading the reviews just now. Caught mine early with a couple of test charges and locked my card. Unfortunate that this company is allowed to continue to exist. I feel fortunate ....please stay away!

Shop here at your own risk! As others have previously mentioned, do not order from this company online. My partner and I placed an order for two bedside tables in mid-October. They processed the payment right away. The email receipt said that a tracking number would be sent in 5-8 business days. We received nothing. No tracking number and no furniture.
By mid-November, we started wondering what was up, so we reached out to them by email and by phone. We received no responses to our email messages. The phone calls were answered, but they claimed they couldn't hear us and hung up.
On our last call, they finally asked for some information. First, our name and order number. Then our shipping address and the expiration date on our credit card. Then the credit card number. When I challenged them about why they needed our credit card number when they already had our order number, they responded "for verification purposes." I asked repeatedly, "What is it that you need to verify using my credit card number?" There was no answer and then they hung up on me.
It seems this entire operation is a scam. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the transaction. Buyer beware!
