Great experience from the beginning to the day I drove away with the trailer.

Been searching for awhile FB marketplace people are crazy asking 2500 and up for a used trailer. So i went on search mode to find what I needed. Not only did I get everything I wanted I got it for less. It was an 8 hour round trip drive for me., However it was worth it. Would recommend Southern Trailer Depot to anyone asking.

Very disappointed the trailer was not ready upon arrival. The spare tire mount had to be welded on and it was a very obvious rush job with a sprayed on paint job. That along with the flimsy rear barn doors. Not nearly what I’d expect for $7150 dollars.

I’d not recommend buying one to a friend.

Garrett was very helpful when I came to order my trailer. When I came to pickup the trailer it was very rushed, many people picking up trailers. I had to "get it and go" I didn't notice till I got home that the back corner of the trailer had a dent in it & other minor discrepancies in quality & craftsmanship. It would have been nice for someone to let me know that Mondays & Fridays were the busiest pick-up days. I would have come another day so I could go over my trailer & I probably would have noticed the dent. Also, texts to Garrett went unanswered after the sale.

Talked to sales about new 20' trailer, they didn't have the color I wanted, they said no problem "We will make you one in your color". Ten days later my trailer was complete. Great experience.
