"Got exactly what I ordered"

Got exactly what I ordered. Took me awhile to pick it up with this pandemic going on but they were understanding and held it for 2 months for me. Was really easy picking it up and they had all of the paperwork ready. Would definitely do business with them again and refer them to my friends. Thanks

"Everything went great..new enclosed trailer"

Everything went great... had a screw in tire. They took it over and put a new tire and rim on.. had trouble with a break light checked fuse in truck .. fixed ... also sold some extra lights and extra tires no problem.. the lady in office was great to deal with and the lady that came out side to go over trailer was great also... over all in and out and they where very busy ... tks again this is my 2nd enclose trailer from them....

I called Southern Trailer Depot a few times and talked to Ennis Hester a few times . Always friendly and full of knowledge. So when I did order I told him I was traveling from NY and would be going thru Douglass in 10 days could they have a special made trailer ready for me . Well they did . I got to the place to pick up my trailer . Everyone is just as friendly as Ennis . This is a professional operation . They make and sell trailers at this place . I seen at least 6 more trailers go out the gate while I was there picking up not to count all the ones I passed on the road getting there . The trailer is top quality also . It is everything I expected and more .Also I got up the road 5 hours and realized I didn't get my spare tire I ordered . I called and left a message . I called back in the morning when they opened and they informed me they had already shipped one to my house in NY . This place is the real deal with top notch people . Also I bought a 8.5 x 16 cargo trailer. This thing goes down the road and you dont even know it's there. Thank You Southern Trailer Depot and Ennis Hester . Kevin M Hazel
