"Great Dealer, Tremendous Sales Rep, Awesome Trailer!"

I was lucky enough to get Ennis as my sales representative. Ennis is very helpful and advises you on what you need based on your request. He does not pressure you into to any upgrades at all. He takes his job very seriously and does everything within his power to make you happy. I had a bit of any issue at the pick up location (manufacturer, not Southern Trailer Depot) and Ennis stepped up to assist and took responsibility even though he has nothing to do with the pick up process. World Class Dealer!

After months of online research and comparison, I narrowed my purchase down to two dealers. I opted with Southern Trailer Depot because they had MUCH better reviews. I bought a 6x12 Rock Solid and I am not disappointed. The trailer is great. It's everything that I expected. I'm glad I decided to upgrade to .030 siding though, because you can definitely see the difference. If I had to do over again with a little more knowledge now, I would have upgraded to the HaulStar. Not because my trailer is not up to par, but because the added upgrades with the HaulStar package is well worth it and doesn't cost a whole lot more.

If you're down to a couple or a few dealers, go with Southern Trailer Depot, they will treat you right.

SIDE NOTE: You do not pick up the trailer from Southern Trailer Depot, they are merely a supplier (one reason why prices are low). You actually pick up your trailer from the manufacturer, who does not sell to the public. They only have one cashier and Mondays and Fridays are the busiest days, so plan accordingly.

"Good trailer good deal"

From first phone call to inquire about a trailer to the actual picking up in Douglas Ga. There was good communication. The price was right,we still saved a lot of money compared to dealer price even with the drive time and expense. The only thing I would do differently is when we picked it up there was no inspection or orientation. Example when we got home there was a reject inspection sticker on trailer jack saying Missing sand foot! We could have caught that at the lot!

3 stars is for not getting good customer service in a timely manner.. With us being online buyers from states away. We expected more. Asked for pictures many times of progress on trailer. Never received them as promised. Also too much chasing to ask questions and to get answers. In person or over the phone business should always be handled the same no matter what.. Over all on the Trailer aspect. We give Sothern Trailer Depot 5 Stars. The trailer was complete to our satisfaction as we requested in regards of everything we asked for and some. Garrett seemed very knowledgeable and never pushed us to purchase unnecessary items. He also gave us a GREAT deal and we're so thankful. I have and will continue to recommend your company. You definitely have better prices than we do here in Ohio. I will buy again in the future. Thanks again!

I very rarely review companies, but these guys deserve the time to do so. I called and told the salesman what I was looking for, he had the exact trailer available and gave me a very fair price. Here’s what sold me though Mr Garrett McBride told me he could get me a better price on a trailer that met my criteria, but for a few hundred more, I could get a much nicer trailer. And he was right. Rock Solid trailers are well worth the price. I went directly to the factory and picked it up, no problem. I wish I could give Garrett 10 stars. Call the man.

"Good quality for a hard to beat price"

Very hard to beat the price and I'm very pleased with it to date... a few weeks in. I got a 20 footer to provide enclosed long term storage for a car, so for now I won't be hauling it anywhere. It has nice features commonly found in more expensive trailer.
