Drove down from NJ to find one of the nicest trailers waiting for me. Matt helped me with the purchase process and arranged everything so I could pick it up the day and time arrived. Very happy with the service, the price and the treatment I got from this company. I know if I ever need another trailer I will get it from southern trailer depot.

"My sales rep Ennis was terrific"

My sales rep Ennis was terrific. The trailer was a little disappointing. It appeared that they rushed the assembly and did not cross the "T"s and dot the "I"s. One of the recessed D-Rings was not recessed like the others. It turned out that there was still a hunk of the floor wood in the hole which I needed to chisel out to have the D-Ring sit down like the rest. I had to repaint the top of the ramp door because it was wet when they lowered it in the yard and the paint was completely messed up. All in all the trailer was a great purchase and we look forward to many years of use.

Ennis Hester was incredible! Prompt and courteous too an extreme. Made buying a pleasure. Both Ennis and his counterpart at Rock Solid, Jennifer, are quite a team making any problem disappear. And the trailer is a quality product that I am proud to own. When I need another utility trailer, I will turn to Ennis, Southern Trailer Depot, and Rock Solid for I am a very happy customer.

Wrong rims were sent with trailer but they shipped me the right ones and made it right. Very nice guys, great people to work with!

"Please read before you purchase."

I will never purchase anything from this company again. They gave me the red carpet treatment to get paid. Then three months later a damage incorrect trailer delivered (10-15 day build, the factory was closed for 2 weeks, you do the math). They still have not corrected any of the issues. If they offer to deliver the trailer and it is damage, be ready to pay for the repairs yourself. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company in good faith. Do not trust anything "Jerry" the salesman tells you. There is not enough room to explain all the issues. I have them all documented and screen shots of the lies. If you want Rock Cargo find another dealer. Rock will help on the issues they can (Manufacturer direct). But Southern Trailer Depot is a waste of your time to deal with.

I don't ever make reviews. But I don't want to see others go through what I have. Right now my trailer is stuck on my RV, because if a jack delivered damage and they have not corrected the issue. It will be repaired at my expense today. Almost two weeks after delivery.
