A brilliant job done and flawless finish to a dent that others said could not be done. Have to say, I am extremely impressed by the professionalism displayed by this business and even more so by the craftmanship that was applied. Not wishing to have use your services again (hopefully) I would have no hesitation if I had too. Brilliant service all round.

A man called Dave fixed my bumper recently after someone drove into the back of me. There were lots of scratches and some small dents. On collection I asked if it was a new bumper and was told it was repaired. The work is flawless and its incredible how its done. I would highly recommend using this company and would do so myself again if needed. My one gripe is nothing to do with the actual quality and service provided on the repair, its that at the Milton Keynes centre there are zero signs anywhere telling you that you are at the right place. Its so frustrating driving up and down Dawson road and eventually having to pull over and speak to someone to help you find it. It would probably cost 30 to 40 quid to get a sign fixed to the fence on the road guiding people in. Apparently lots of people complain about this. Maybe someone who can sign off 40 quid should start listening.

"Absolutely fantastic"

Absolutely fantastic. They were told at the last minute that the tarmac on the car park at Morrisons was being repolaced the day I was booked in for repair. They organised everything so that the job could be done elsewhere. The technician was great - he previously worked for Porsche - he did a fantastic job abd in just a few hours. I think this firm will take over the repair business - it is so much better than anytjing I have previously experienced. Could not recommend enough.

Had a new bumper fitted today by Dave from the Xpress Centre Chelmsford. Brilliant guy and absolutely stellar service - explained everything he had done and even had it done within an hour and a half (Which for a complete Audi Bumper replacement is fast!) Would 100% recommend and use again. Thanks Dave!

Dave repaired a split and scraped bumper very neatly at the Xpress Centre at Wembley Tesco. I thought that the whole bumper would have to be replaced and was pleased to be proved wrong.
I've knocked a star off as the repair had to be rescheduled at short notice.

Just had my car repaired today and the Technician JAZZ WAS AMAZING
My main concern was colour matching the Front door with the rear damaged door as Mobile smart repairs said they going to find it difficult to match colour.
Jazz had no problem the car is perfect. My neighbours can’t tell even the guy lives opposite x retired body repair technician.

I have used Xpress Centres three times now, not always my fault but regardless, I cannot fault them. Their work has been always excellent and their prices are competitive. Hopefully I’ll never need to use them again (although it is likely), but I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Xpress Centres assigned one of their managers, Dave, to sort out issues with substandard repairs and overspray damage to my vehicle caused by one of their technicians (see my first review).

I can’t stress enough what a different experience this was compared to my previous 2 visits to the Romford branch.

I took Dave around the vehicle showing him everything that needed rectifying. Almost every panel and window needed some work so I suggested it might be better to compound and polish the whole car. He worked on the car for the whole day and when I went to pick it up I was very happy with the end result - it was clear he had put in a lot of time, effort, and care. Dave confirmed that he had compounded and polished the whole car so as to a give a consistent finish throughout. The car was no longer matt, cloudy and patchy, and was now a uniform glossy black - just like it should have been, with the substandard repairs corrected.

Top marks to Dave - maybe he should train up the technician who dealt me previously, as they need to be to Dave’s standard to avoid totally unnecessary and avoidable rectification work.

A mention also to Xpress Centres Customer Service, who were understanding throughout and did not make things difficult for me at any stage. They also provided me with a complementary courtesy car on both occasions my car was in for rectification work.

Seriously, the difference between this experience and the previous 2 occasions was like night and day. If I use this company again I’ll specifically request Dave.

The only reason I’ve knocked off 1 star is due to the fact that the original work was not completed to this standard the first time round and required 2 rounds of rectification.
