They do this from the very beginning I set up an account, then the transfer with fees came out to me over 800 Euro, after writing a review they call customers and promise mountains of gold for withdrawing the negative opinion. Trust pilot does not show the seriousness of the situation and they still brag about the stars. This is a scam, there are no clear prices on the website.

This is a classic example of a legal scam company. Legally it might all be ok and they do their job but they charge extreme high fees and commissions compared to competitors. Unfortunately I didn't pay too much attention to the fees when opening our business account, which they never mention clearly during the opening process. I had to find out the hard way that we had to pay a €850 application fee just to open the account and €99 monthly fee plus very high commission per transaction 0.25-0.45%+more fees. Besides this the dashboard is really bad and not intuitive compared to other online banks. Foreign currency is converted automatically to euro, couldn't hold GBP as a UK company. Never take this for your business account. We are just a simple software company for whom these fees weigh very heavily on our profits.
