Most important purchase questions were asked that made my set-up and operation work excellent. The rep made sure, because of distance of propane tank from burner, that I order a high pressure valve for better flame control. Everyone that hangs by my patio when it is running, loves it. We purchased a hammered bronze fire table. It was a little scary buying the unit on line, but a representative of Starfire talked us through the process, answered our questions and assured us that the product would more than meet our expectations. It did. When it arrived, a foot for one of the legs was missing. Directions said to contact a number if anything was missing or broken. I did, somewhat skeptically. A voice said, "I can help you with that." The part arrived in the mail a short time later. We're delighted with the firetable and with the help we received from the Company.

Item did not arrive in time for my party- huge let down and customer service was rude and refused to admit item was late. Horrible and embarrassing! Whenever anyone asks where I got my firepit I warn them against using ur company!
