No todo ha sido excelente, cuando hice rematch en mi segundo año, nunca me sentí apoyada por parte de la LCC que tenía o por Cultural Care, cuando les expuse que ya había conseguido una nueva host family y que ellos están dispuestos a resivirme antes de las dos semanas, CC nunca accedió a conseguir los tickets antes de las dos semanas porque debía cumplir con el contrato aún así no me sientiera del todo cómoda en la casa en la que estaba. Sin embargo he tenido una buena experiencia y he podido conocer varios lugar gracias al programa.

It was exhausting to have to work 45 hours every week, toddlers are demanding and could be stressful sometimes. Besides that I had a good experience.

Being able to volunteer gave me the opportunity to meet members of the cultural care team, as well as getting to know other aupairs!

"Mingle and have fun"

It was a good show to watch, but it gets lonely. If you don’t bring a friend because most of the pairs come from the same country and they have a lot in common already so it’s easy for them to mingle with one another because they share the same language.
I would recommend new pairs to go and experience it for themselves because it is kind of a good way to make new friends and learn about different cultures and backgrounds of other aupairs.

The game was fun to watch.

Mi trovo a scrivere questa recensione per esprimere il mio disappunto riguardo l’esperienza che ho avuto con Cultural Care. Ho iniziato il mio percorso con loro diversi mesi fa, ma purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa dal servizio ricevuto. Dopo aver completato tutti i colloqui, ho avuto la sensazione di essere stata completamente abbandonata, in quanto non ho più ricevuto alcun tipo di comunicazione. Nonostante i numerosi tentativi di contatto tramite telefono nelle settimane successive, non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
Inoltre, quando ho provato ad accedere al sito per continuare il processo, mi è stato chiesto di scaricare un’app. Ho provveduto a farlo autonomamente, ma comporre tutte le informazioni richieste nuovamente sull’app è stato particolarmente difficile, soprattutto considerando che la compilazione iniziale sul sito era già stata lunga e complessa. Ho quindi provato a chiedere assistenza telefonica, ma anche in questo caso nessuno si è reso disponibile.
Sono riuscita anche a parlare con alcune ragazze che si trovano attualmente in viaggio e mi hanno confermato che anche loro non riescono ad avere contatti con l’agenzia. Pertanto, oltre al fatto che una volta partiti i contatti sono praticamente inesistenti, posso confermare che anch’io, prima di partire, non sono riuscita ad ottenere alcuna assistenza.
Sono d’accordo con chi ritiene che questa agenzia non si distingua per serietà, anzi, mi sento di dire che l’esperienza è stata tutt’altro che soddisfacente. Solo oggi, dopo aver cercato di contattarli per mesi, ho ricevuto una loro comunicazione via email, in cui mi si chiede se sono ancora interessata. La tempistica di questa risposta, arrivata dopo circa quattro mesi di totale silenzio, è davvero deludente.
Per questi motivi, consiglio vivamente di considerare altre agenzie che siano più serie e professionali.

We paid and booked a flight before the au pair had her visa approved. That should not be possible. You should not take our payment until you are sure the au pair can come.

App is not very functional without ability to use on a computer. Payment options are only a direct ACH- previously was able to use various methods including credit card. Will not return beyond this term if this is not addressed.

Attending a Portland Trail Blazers game at the Moda Center with Cultural Care was an unforgettable experience! Thanks to their flawless organization, I was able to enjoy every moment of the evening without any worries.
The atmosphere inside the arena is electrifying, with passionate fans and contagious energy. The halftime shows and engaging entertainment made the experience even more special. Even if you’re not a huge basketball fan, the event is the perfect mix of sports and fun.
Cultural Care made everything easy and enjoyable, allowing us to experience a true American night out. I highly recommend attending events like this—they’re a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and have a great time with other au pairs!
