Cultural Care Au Pare has been fantastic. They guided us through the whole process of finding an au pare and answered all of our questions. They assigned us a personal coordinator who was constantly in contact with us, answering questions, providing advice, suggesting candidates, and helping us find a great match. The coordinator made the process fast and easy. The whole experience has been excellent.

The staff I have worked with at CC have largely been unhelpful. Our finance manager offered a discount and then rescinded it due to his own processing delays, and our matching specialist sent terrible au pair recommendations. I don't enjoy working with this company but at this point it's just become a necessary evil because childcare costs in this country are out of control. Also, the website is very buggy and often fails to load properly.
