I really like the application process. The application interface on the website is designed very well. It allows host families to add detailed information about themselves, their expectations, sample working schedule, household rules which I think is really helpful for both host families and AuPairs to align on expectations and be on the same page from the beginning.

3 stars because what I didn’t like is the fact you can only connect with 3 au pairs at the time and I think it should be more, at least 5. I think it would be good to have a selection of au pairs that are interested in small town living from the start, so that I could only talk to those and not waste my time talking to the ones that won’t pick my location but pretend they are interested. It is very frustrating. Au pairs should be able to contact host families they are interested to match with. Why don’t you do that? It would save us time us well. I have been trying to register with other agencies but you are the only one that works in my area. Your candidates seem not as good as from other agencies as well. I found mine on other website and had him transfer to yours. He told me you charge more money so people are less likely to register with you. Maybe that is why you draw less desirable candidates to join you.

The families that participate in the program are excellent, the care they take with the pre-boarding process is completely welcoming and the structure of the program is exactly as they say.

Cultural has been with me on my au pair journey from the start and never have I felt alone because my LCC created a WhatsApp group with other au pairs in my area , they welcomed me and offered to show me around, it felt good making friends with people from all over the world!!
