Didn’t have a good experience, not a good agency to travel with. The second you find yourself in a hard situation they’re not helpful at all, they really don’t care, they only care about the money they can’t get off of you.🤷🏻♀️

"Do your research - subpar experience "
Our first AuPair was terrible and we went into rematch within 6 weeks. When they went to rematch her, the transition document did not include any of our actual issues with her - and the biggest incident they wrote out to look as if it was our child’s fault that she put them in danger. Our second AuPair left early because she struggled with depression and homesickness - and we were left with a significant credit with the agency. We still decided to give it a chance and we matched with a new AuPair - and despite our significant credit they’re expecting us to still pay a deposit. Not following the logic of the agency - they’re just out to make money. Follow Facebook groups of CC families and make sure you’re aware of the issues before you sign up with them. We will stay so far because we need the childcare and we are out $3k.
