Overall very informative and love the website etc, very trustworthy. Some of the communication has been lacking with the main people in charge that we have been communicating with. We often felt that when we voiced concerns they were not addressed

"Simple process"

The process is fairly seamless and the network of Au Pairs is extensive.

Finding Au Pairs to connect with on the website was a breeze. The profile was pretty easy to fill in. The au pair profiles and videos are generally thorough and relevant. The website provides good tips.

We have a great local coordinator who was very helpful through the process.

The search feature could be improved upon to filter on more characteristics relevant to a search (i.e. filtering out au pairs willing to watch fewer kids than will be needed for a given family)

"It is a very complete program"

It is a very complete program, you learn a lot every day and working with children is really fun.
Of course some days I miss my country and my family a lot, but the experience here in the United States is unique!
When I arrived here I was afraid that I would not be able to communicate in English, as my level was quite low. I have been living here for 100 days and I can already read, write and speak fluently, it's amazing!
I have made friends and I have been able to travel a lot with my host family, there is no better experience than this to travel around the country and learn about the culture. I highly recommend it!
