My friend had a horrible experience with her host family and cultural care didn’t support her in all this process now I’m not feeling safe if something will happen to me.

I think that the au pair should be taken into account a little more in terms of working conditions and working hours; I also think that the au pair should be paid a little more because there are certain medical expenses or courses that it is up to the au pair to cover.
For my part, when I chose my family, I made a good choice, I really can't complain, maybe a little more help financially, but otherwise, it has been a very good experience; I believe that the rights and duties of the families as well as those of the au pairs should be considered, in order to have a healthy and balanced coexistence on both sides.
