"Remarkable scooter, great driver"

Just received my brand new scooter, within the 2 weeks as promised, It is immaculate, the price is very reasonable in comparison to specialist disability companies.
The driver Lucas, was here bright and early, was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to offer me personal help and support, he showed me and explained all details of my scooter and he made sure i was comfortable, he even brought the scooter in for me. Thank you Lucas, Thank you Velobike

"Please please avoid "

This company in essence is a joke of a company. My mother.purchased a scooter from them and it was just horrendous from there. While she was out on it for the first time her brakes failed and she had to go to hospital with broken ribs, thumb along with cuts and bruises. Having got the bike checked over by the police and another dealer we were told that it had to go back for investigation. I sent over this information to velobike along with pictures or the bike and was told that the refund would be processed when the bike was back. Great.. or so I thought.i was told for velo bike to pick up a FAULTY bike it would cost 250ÂŁ so I sent it through tnt.then it got worse. Velo bike proceeded then to tell me that we were.getti g less than half the bike price due to DAMAGE ON THE BIKE. We have been fighting to get the rest refunded and the customer services are horrendous. It's like a few folk in a warehouse who deal with it all. My mum is now housebound due to not being able to afford a new mobility scooter because velobike has failed their customer. It's feels like nothing was listened too at all and no care of consideration. We are taking things further s d have contacted trading standards and also the BBC watchdog.

I can't seem to reply to the reply of the company.
I think you will find that I emailed in about muly mum's accident and all the information that happend due to the scooter , I have emailed proof I never once mentioned it wasn't suitable I reiterated that the brakes had failed and yet still nothing so don't try and make out that you didn't have knowledge of the accident and I have the replays also. Nonsense absolute nonsense

Now the office is lying again witch seems to be a theme with the company
