"Good products, quality is good"
Quality is very ok, not spectacular but not bad either. Pyjama sizing a bit weird, but communication was perfect! I never had a problem. No complaints here!

"Great products, great customer service"
I bought products from Linea twice.
The first time the delivery took very long and I thought, perhaps I got scammed. But then I wrote to them and they answered me very fast and immediately sent out the items I purchased a second time, which then arrived in a timely manner. The second time everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the customer service as I felt that they really cared and made everything possible.
Mistakes can happen and orders can get lost, it's important that they tried everything for me to have a satisfying experience with them.
I love the products very much. The bath mat is still looking great after plenty of use and my sister is wearing her shark slippers all the time.
My boyfriend also likes his grumpy cat slippers very much.
So I cannot say anything negative about Linea at all.

"Satisfied customer"
I ordered a few items from them as christmas presents to friends and family. The PJ sets that I ordered initially, I thought were the wrong sizes. However, when they explained it to me that they usually ship one size bigger to make it comfortable for the wearer, I realized they were correct. I ordered M but they sent L sizes instead. And indeed, they were all very comfy and the fabric were very nice so I ended up keeping some of the PJ sets for myself and just ordered a new batch as gifts. Lol! There was also a missing item on my order; they were very quick to answer me and kindly sent me a new one. Overall, I am very happy with the items I purchased from them. I also got very good feedback from people I sent them to as gifts. Thank you!

indeed, you can't receive the products all at once but in multiple shipments; if that's ok with you and you are not in a hurry, your product will be delivered in excellent condition.
I read some reviews about the wrong pyjama size. Well, you can't expect the Asian size to be the same as the EU. I made this mistake once, and they were too small. :D But the fabric was nice.
It's not the same poor quality or ,, drop-ship,, as temu or Shein.
I have been ordering here for a few years now, and I like the products—they are very cute and of good quality, from tableware to pillows.

Very cute place to get your stuff. IF it's something to display on your desk, bring to the office or maybe you looking for a gift? I have been buying at Linea home for a couple of years now and it never disapoints.

"Definitely a drop shipping company"
Definitely a drop shipping company. The products are of very low quality for the price, there is not even a company tag on the item I ordered and the size was wrong.
Customer service not being honest either
Edit just to answer to the company : they sent me the incorrect sizing on the first time and told me about it and that they would send me the correct sizing that I ordered. When I tried on the itm with the correct sizing that I chose, it didn't fit anyway so I asked to return it for free but they consider that even if they made a mistake and didn't send the size that I ordered, I already benefited from a return.
Regarding the drop shipping complaint, you can find similar designs on cheap asian websites, the tag on the pyjama is the exact same (just the size is written on it)

"Absolutely horrible experience"
Absolutely horrible experience. It’s a drop shipping shop pretending to be in the Netherland, selling items of questionable quality. Also, the person behind this “shop” is not able to handle a business, si very unprofessional and rude.
Let me tell what happened.
I ordered quite a lot of items from them, and the issue i got was from a bundle of two dipping sakura plates. On the website I was able to choose the bundle (which gave a little discount from buying the plates separately), and in the bundle I could choose the colour of either plate. So i ordered one white and one pink. That was also states in my order receipt.
The problem starts when I receive two pink plates instead of one white and one pink.
I reach out to customer service (which, is no service at all but we’ll get there), told the issue and asked to give the pink plate back and change it for the correct colour i ordered.
They told me that is not possible, that i bought a bundle of two plates of the same colour, that they send and email about that but received no word.
I never got that mail, and they never gave me proof of them sending it when i asked (stating clearly that i either deleted it or is in my spam), meaning it was just an excuse to not fix their problem in sending the wrong item.
They said that the possible solution would be buy another 2 plates in white. They tried to present this as a generous offer with 5€ discounts, and that they would happy to “fix” the issue this way. So to fix a mistake I should pay more money.
I told them that, asking for this email proof, showing them that the website let me choose 2 different colours for the items in the bundle, and that the receipt also stated that.
They never listened to what I said and kept repeating the “generous” offer. I tried to make then understand what happened and that i didn’t want more, i wanted to change the wrong item for the right one.
They then started talking very passive aggressively, telling me that they’d stop being nice, that i was bullying them, and that I was trying to get a free item (at that point, i already send back the wrong plate).
They threatened to take back the offered discount (that i never asked for), to stop talking because it’s not healthy, also said that they tried to compromise but i refused to listen and that they would stand their ground (??are we in high school??)). They also tried to guilt tripping me saying that they spent money on the return label of the plate!! And that i should be respectful of the problem i caused them. I say this as i said to them: if they can’t afford or don’t want to give this services, then change your policies. It’s not the customer fault if you make mistakes and have to pay for them.
Also They refused to acknowledge the issue with their website and kept saying that I was bullying them and pushing.
In the end I didn’t want to pay more for the items u order and the thing just ended there.
To summarise :
-low quality products
-fake shop in the Netherlands, but it’s actually drop shipping from China
-rude person behind the customer service
-tried to scam me into buying more
I will 100% receive a long and winded defensive answer by Kerrie, like any other bad review here. You can find the same item elsewhere, do not give money to this person.
Bus as they said, “i stand my ground “: you are a shameful shop that scams customers, and are not able to handle all the issues a business has to face.
**edit: so asking questions and explanations where none is given is being a Karen now. You should look at your behaviour as a business, cause you just showed your true colors. And I guess learn to read fully what a person writes and yo reply instead of dodging questions
Also never said i would return everything, that’s just a lie

"Great first experience"
Great first experience. I am unable to rate the product, as it was a gift to someone else in a different country, but their customer service is top notch.
There were some issues with the delivery company, and I reached out to the store. The reply was immediate. Kerrie jumped into action, looking into the delivery and contacting the delivery company directly. A solution to my problem was provided in 31 minutes, on a Sunday!
Really appreciate the help and the care. 10/10 would recommend :)
