Slooo. Bought Ag on 2/21, wired on 2/25, delivered on 3/6. Sales rep. was very helpful & patient. Delivery was slower than I thought, but perhaps that is normal.

"I was instantly billed and got no shipping information-4 days later."

I was instantly billed. I still have no shipping verification. If I don’t have a FedEx tracking number by the EOD cancel and credit instantly. Four days now destroyed trust.
I can walk into a shop a mile from my house and pay a couple of extra bucks to walk out with product in hand.

And you really screwed the pouch because I am social with the micro market of potential customers. Interesting cocktail subject.

"Same Rep after 12 years!!"

Dealing with Ben Barth 12 years after I had originally purchased from him was a HUGE plus. Just the sense of steadiness. And he took the approach of treating me as a valuable repeat customer, even though my investment level is small ($100K).

One downside is that I am not able to communicate using email, or more accurately, Ben cannot reply by email or text. I understand why that may be, but it is just more convenient for me, given my workday schedule.
