Only downside was when I phoned to check on delivery, I was informed that I had not been booked for that date.They did manage to deliver after shuffling about, but if I hadn’t phoned to check, goodness knows when I would have received my goods.

Lance at their Westcliff shop is a very helpful, knowledgeable & competent salesman. However prior to that I was let down by their installation manager who was supposed to arrange an induction hob instead of a gas hob that I could not have fitted for technical reasons. I made 6 phone calls to him but not one was returned.
