On 14.11.23 Dave and Jason removed and installed an old and new washing machine and fitted the integrated door back on. They were professional, courteous and personable.
16.11.23 Ian repaired our oven and the service provided was as above.

Didn’t arrive till 17.45 no phone call 30 mins before I had to phone showroom to find out what was happening after delivery had damaged the side of the fridge freezer a dent on the side phoned for a part of a refund for the damage they had done not a very good experience this time round

Ordering was easy with advice given as to my best options for a new washing machine. The delivery guys were very professional and showed me how all the settings worked once the machine had been installed. Have used Stellisons many times and will continue to do so in the future - highly recommended.

The guys delivering the item were very polite and didn't complain about 3 flights of stairs

It was not the store assistant's fault as he was very good. The purchase of the microwave was faulty ..the place did not rotate so i had to take it back. I then purchased the same model £ 20 cheaper at Hughes in Stanway.
