"Scam “company”"
Ordered an item on 19/5/24, after 5 days nothing had happened so messaged the company and got no response. 2 weeks passed and I contacted the company again, no response.
Left with little I opened a chargeback against the company (that btw has a bogus office in LA - that email address doesn’t exist). I then deep-dived in to this “company”. They haven’t been a company since 2017 when they dissolved, they don’t file accounts, their registered address is a residential address I have visited and has no affiliation with anything to do with this “company”.
I filed a visa dispute, within 3 hours Hamilton & Lewis (a clear play to hide their nefarious activities via Google by having the F1 Driver Lewis Hamilton grey the search results.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE: IT LOOKS LEGITIMATE BUT IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL ONLY GET YOUR MONEY BACK VIA CHARGEBACK.

Bought a bracelet for a family member. I rang them after 4 days to check the progress of my order and they told me it had been out of stock and was due in that day. I received an email to say it had been sent out later that day and I did receive it 4 working days later. The website was easy to use and did have all the relevant information. My bracelet was packaged well and came in a lovely gift box.

I placed an order for an item listed as in stock and it was then cancelled with no explanation or pleasantries, no offer of a similar replacement item or any other details of if or when the item would be available.
Customer service is unfortunately not the best and I am still without a solution, disappointing.

Had issues with some buffing compound on the ring leaving marks. Emailed 8pm and got an email back at 20:05 reassuring me on the quality of the item and how remove excess compound. Worked and one very happy customer.
