"Where is the wine?"
Avoid if you want your wine.
I made an order for two bottles of wine for my friends birthday to be delivered to her house. I live abroad so I thought I would get her a nice surprise. I wanted to makeesure she got the wine before her bday (16th of nov) so I contacted wineonlinenin advance to give myself plenty of time for the wine to arrive. They told me it would take five business days so I made the order on the 4 of Nov, giving it plenty of time.
Wine never arrived for her birthday (I contacted them before her birthday to ask why it hasn't arrived yet and they said they'll make sure to ship out for her bday).
I contacted them again, they say they are looking for some tracking number. I emailed them back with questions and no response. I have no clue where the wine is and a week has passed since my friends birthday.
Thankuyou for ruining my surprise gift.
