"Can't having multiple accounts at same address"
My partner and i placed an order on the same day using different accounts and both of the accounts were locked and order was cancelled due to having 2 accounts at the same address.
I contacting the support team and the account should have been activated after 2 days however, i'm still waiting for it to be reactivated. Quite disappointed as i'm sure i will miss out on the deals and suspect I will be left paying the monthly VIP fee.
I also found the support agent rather argumentative and rude after the follow up on account reactivation.

"Kept saying no billing address"
Kept saying no billing address. (There was) then wanted to direct me to a PayPal account ( which I don’t use) then asked me to confirm bank card( I was buying with 1 credit). Will be cancelling.

"The clothing is very good quality"
The clothing is very good quality, it washes well, keeps it's shape, and most importantly, is really comfortable to wear. Ordering is easy. I just wish they had more leggings/trousers/jumpsuits for short people!!

"The items are so good!"
The items are so good and such good quality, they are the best quality leggings next to Sweaty Betty in my opinion. So brilliant x

"WOW & OMG - Im amazed !!!"
WOW, I don't know why I've never bought stuff from Fabletics before.....AMAZING - I just saved £744 - yes you are reading that correctly.
I've been told by my friends that their products are amazing quality too.
I can't wait for my order to arrive because I found high impact running sports bras on their site and I didn't have to remortgage my house to buy one haha so I'm waiting for that to come to use in all my exercise classes as my old one is knackered and trying to find a good one in my chest size that dosent cost a fortune is so difficult. I didn't even pay for the delivery either (£5), plus I got an extra 30% off my order at the end, on top of all my other savings.
Fantastic value. I am a VIP member and it's so worth it with the amount of points you get back and the phenomenal savings and promo prices you get. Can't recommend Fabletics enough. I will be buying my Son, and Daughters birthday presents from these guys very shortly. I think the only thing i would say that I'm slightly concerned about is, they use Evri as their couriers and I've had the odd negative experience with them. Wish they used Royal Mail but fingers crossed Evri do well. Keep the faith 👍

"PLEASE just give me the refund I’m owed."
Before thinking that I’m just complaining for the sake of it, please just have a quick scroll down my profile - You’ll see that nearly all of my reviews are 4/5 stars, so it really takes a lot for me to leave a bad review - hopefully this attempt won’t fall on deaf ears again.
I ordered from this company a few months ago. The clothes were fine, but all of a sudden I’d been charged £54.99 for a month. It turns out that when you buy, they sign you up for a membership where you’re charged this amount every month. They do not make this clear. At first I was made to think I’d been stupid and not read the details properly, but if you just scroll through these reviews, the majority of them are bad reviews complaining of the exact same problem. If it was a case of me misreading the details I’d say fair enough, but for hundreds, if not thousands, of bad reviews talking about the exact same problem says this is an issue with the company, and they are clearly misleading customers with the intention of pocketing extra money.
I’m almost certain that in a few days I’ll receive a response to this review with the same generic copy-and-paste response, advising me that I was aware of what I signed up to, I could skip the month, and to please reach out to an email or social media account to discuss this further, and this will be an absolute insult since it seems they’re well aware that the majority of Fabletics customers did not know what they were signing up for.
After I’d been charged, I went onto my account to try and cancel, but simply couldn’t find any way or place to do this. I managed to skip the month twice in a row after this, to avoid being charged, while I figured out how to cancel the membership and get a refund. It seems as though it’s made purposely difficult so they can hang on to your money unless you contact customer service which is an unbearably slow process. I contacted the company via ‘live chat’ on WhatsApp, and got a response the next day (despite reaching out during their opening times the day before). The person I spoke to finally managed to cancel my membership, but the advisors are clearly trained to do anything to get you to stay a member, which makes an already frustrating situation even more of a slap in the face. I’m looking over the conversation now, and I had to say ‘no thank you’ three times to different offers to stay before the membership got cancelled. I was told I could not be refunded, but not to worry, because the credits I was charged for that I never wanted will stay on my account for 12 months and I can still use the website that took my £55!
I was frustrated by this and felt really validated by reviews telling me they had the exact same issue. Some advised that after persisting enough, they recieved a refund from Fabletics. Feeling cheated that I never got mine, I contacted customer service this morning asking for my money back, explaining that I had no idea I would be charged. I was met with a very rude and patronising response advising that because I’d skipped two months, “I did understand how this works”. I don’t understand how this is fair or relevant when I did this AFTER I’d been surprised by a charge. If I’d understood how it works, I would’ve cancelled this membership to avoid being charged £55 I can’t afford! I replied back saying that this seemed like an unfair accusation, and others have been refunded for the same problem, and have been ignored by the chat ever since I brought this up. I can understand if I’d been rude or abusive, but my messages were perfectly normal.
Shame on you Fabletics for refusing to refund a low-income student. I’m asking you for the third time to finally make this right.

"Feeling utterly scammed"
So I was another person tricked into the VIP membership, thinking that I was getting 2 pairs of gym leggings for £24.99. Little did I know that the VIP membership means that they will take £54.99 from my bank each month. So when I realised they had taken this money from my account, I emailed them to let them know that I had not known that they would be taking this money from my account and asked for a refund. They of course refused. They rely on advertising these legging for cheap and saying that you will be a VIP in bold. What they don't do in bold is tell you that VIP means they will take £54.99 out of your account each month. I feel completely scammed. I found Fabletics on Facebook and will never do Facebook shopping again. I shall stick to known and reputable companies.
